2016 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 55 meter dash, 60 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 4x200 meter relay and 4x400 meter relay...Recorded a season best time of 7.74 in the prelims of the 55 meter dash at MIAC Indoor Championships (3/5)...Ran a season best time of 8.29 in the 60 meter dash at Macalester College Kilt Classic (2/26)...Recorded a season best time of 28.06 in the 200 meter dash at UMN Parents Day Open (2/20).

2015 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 55 meter dash, 60 meter dash, 200 meter dash and 4x200 meter relay...Recorded a season best time of 7.86 in the 55 meter dash at Falcon Winter Classic (1/31)...Ran a season best time of 8.32 in the prelims of the 60 meter dash at Macalester College Kilt Classic (2/27)...Recorded a season best time of 27.86 in the 200 meter dash at Falcon Winter Classic (1/31).

2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 4x100 meter relay, 4x200 meter relay, 4x400 relay, 100 meter dash, and the 200 meter dash...recorded a season best 13.39 in the 100 meter dash at the Hamline Invitational (4/9).

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 60 meter dash and the 200 meter dash...Had a season best time of 8.52 in the 60 meter dash at the Warren Bowlus UW-Stout Meet(2/1)... recorded a season best in the 200 meter dash with a time of 28.43 at the Warren Bowlus UW-Stout Meet(2/1)...named MIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention in the 4x200 meter relay.

High School: Participated in soccer and basketball at Amery HS...Earned !st Team All-Conference for three years...Earned team MVP award and was the leading scorer.
