2018: Indoor Track and Field: Competed in two events and three meets... Recorded career-best times of 3:01.58 seconds in the 1000 meter run and 5:21.51 in the Mile run.

2016 Cross Country: Ran in three races... Had a personal-best 8k time at MIAC Championships at Como Park (32:32.3).

High school: Participated in Cross Country, Basketball and Baseball... All Conference honors in CC... All Conference Honorable Mention in Basketball.
