2021 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in six meets and four events... Recorded career-best times of 11.27 in the 100 meters at the Saint John's Last Minute Meet and 23.24 in the 200 meters at the MIAC Championships... Recorded season-best times of 43.49 in the 4x100 Relay at the MIAC Championships and 3:38.33 in the 4x400 Relay at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite.

2021 Indoor track and Field: Competed in five meets and four events... Recorded career-best times of 6.77 in the 55 meters at the COVID Classic and 7.08 in the 60 meters at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet #2... Recorded season-best times of 24.72 in the 200 meters at the St. Thomas vs Augsburg Dual Meet and 1:39.20 in the 4x200 Relay at the CSB/SJU Meet #2.

2020 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets and four events... Recorded career-best time of 24.20 in the 200 meter dash at the Minnesota Cold Classic... Recorded season-best times of 7.24 in the 60 meter dash at the MIAC Championships, 1:35.29 in the 4x200 Relay at the MIAC Championships, 3:50.31 in the 4x400 Relay at the Bethel Gene Blader Invitational. 

2019 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in two events and three meets... Recorded career-best times of 7.54 seconds in the 60 meter dash and 24.69 seconds in the 200 meter dash.

High school: State participant in the 4 x 200 relay,4 x 100 relay, and 4 x 400 relay. All conference honors in 2018... All conference honorable mention honors in 2017.
