2019 Cross Country: Ran five races... Earned Academic All-MIAC Honors... Ran a season best time of 28:24.9 at the UW-La Crosse Invitational 6K.

2019 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five events at five meets... Recorded career-best times of 2:45.16 seconds in the 800 meter run, 3:39.28 seconds in the 1000 meter run and 5:53.17 seconds in the mile run... Was a member of the 4 x 400 and distance medley relay teams.

2018 Cross Country: Ran in four races... Had a personal-best 6k time at the NCAA Division III Regional at Wartburg College (30:23.4).

Career Goal: Get my masters of education and teach history as well as coach cross country and track. 
Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? The small school feel while also being in a big city.
Athletic Goal at Augsburg: Continue improving in the Mile and 1500.
Biggest Thrill in Athletics: Competing in the MIAC conference meet.
What is a little known fact about yourself? One time I was swimming in the ocean and a manatee swam by me.
Any interesting, non-athletic hobbies, talents or unusual facts about yourself? I have been snowboarding since I was in fifth grade, I also really like to long board and skate board. 
What are you most thankful for? My friends, family and recovery.
