2021 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets and three events... Recorded career-best times of 4:40.75 in the 1500 meters at the University of St. Thomas Tomcat Invitational, 17:15.87 in the 5000 meters at the St. Thomas Tommie Twilight, and 36:40.71 in the 10,000 meters at the Holst Invitational.

2021 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in four meets and three events... Recorded season-best times of 5:06.75 in the Bethel, St. Johns/St. Bens, Augsburg Meet, 10:10.09 in the 3000 meters at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet #2, and 3:42.98 in the 4x400 Relay at the Bethel, St. Johns/St. Bens, Augsburg Meet.

2020 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets and three events... Recorded career-best times of 4:59.51 in the Mile at the Hmaster Invitational and 9:57.45 in the 3000 meters at the Minnesota Cold Classic... Recorded a season-best time of 17:48.69 at The Showcase.

2019 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in four meets and four events... Recorded a career-best time of 2:15.77 in the 800 meters at the Meet of The UnSaintly... Recorded season-best times of 4:42.90 in the 1500 meters at the Bolstorff Twilight, 17:45.71 in the 5000meters at the Hamline Coed Invitational, and 36:58.72 in the 10,000 meters at the Phil Esten Challenge @ UW-La Crosse.

2019 Cross Country: Ran five races... Ran a season best 8K with 29:30.5 at the UW-La Crosse Invitational... Earned Academic All-MIAC Honors.

2019 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in three events at four meets... Recorded a career-best time of 5:01.31 seconds in the Mile run, 10:05.38 seconds in the 3000 meter run and 17:43.07 in the 5000 meter run.

2018 Cross Country: Ran in all six races... Had a personal-best 8k time at Willamette Invitational (29:03.2).

High school: 2017 state qualifier.

Career Goal: I'm not yet sure what I want to do after I finish college.
Why did I choose to attend Augsburg?I was looking to run at the collegiate level, I wanted to attend a smaller, Division III school, and I wanted to be in a city with fun activities to do.  I was able to find all of this at Augsburg.
Athletic Goal at Augsburg: Continue to improve and help the team any way I can
Biggest Thrill in Athletics: My biggest thrill in athletics is getting to see the entire team improve over the course of the season.
What differentiates you from teammates or other students? I'm from Colorado.
What is a little known fact about yourself? I like classic rock.
Any interesting, non-athletic hobbies, talents or unusual facts about yourself? I enjoy listening to classic rock.  Journey is my favorite band, and Tom Petty is my favorite singer.
What are you most thankful for? I am thankful for all of the support that I have gotten from my friends and family during my college career.
Any other personal tidbits? I am the oldest of four siblings. I have a brother who is a high school sophomore, another brother who is in seventh grade, and a sister who is five years old.
Family at Augsburg: My grandfather, Earl Sethre, graduated from Augsburg in 1968. My grandmother, Lisbeth Sethre, graduated from Augsburg in 1970.
