2019 Cross Country: Ran five races... Ran a season best 8k with 28:37.8 at the UW-La Crosse Invitational... Earned Academic All-MIAC Honors.

2019 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in four events and four meets... Recorded a career-best times of 10:00.53 seconds in the 3000 meter run... Recorded season-best times of 5:17.11 seconds in the mile run and 17:31.97 seconds in the 5000 meter run... Was a member of the Distance Medley Relay team.

2018 Cross Country: Raced in all six races... Had a personal-best 8k time at NCAA Division III Regionals at Wartburg College (29:12.0).

2018 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in two events and two meets... Recorded career-best times of 4:38.38 seconds in the 1500 meter run and 37:08.31 seconds in the 10000 meter run.

2018 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in four events and four meets... Recorded career-best times of 5:12.24 seconds in the mile run, 10:38.96 seconds in the 3000 meter run and 17:27.80 seconds in the 5000 meter run... Was a member of the Distance Medley Relay team.

2017 Cross Country: Raced in all six races... Had a personal-best 8k time at NCAA Division III Regionals at Carleton College (29:22.2).

Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? Athletically the team has a close family which helps push athletes to be their best. Academically the small class sizes are very nice.
