2019 Cross Country: Ran in five races... Ran a season best time of 25:08.3 at the MIAC Championship 6K.

2019 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five events at five meets... Recorded career-best times of 2:37.67 seconds in the 800 meter run, 5:41.57 seconds in the mile run and 19.43.97 in the 5000 meter run... Was a member of the 4 x 400 and distance medley relay teams.

2018 Cross Country: Ran in all six races...Had a personal-best 6k time at the NCAA Division III Regional at Wartburg College (24:36.9).

High school/previous college: Participated in cross country and track and field at the University of North Dakota... Participated in cross country, Nordic skiing and lacrosse in high school... National Honors Society.

Career Goal: I aspire to teach science classes in high school and hopefully coach high school sports as well!
Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? The StepUp program is such a great opportunity and blessing.
Athletic Goal at Augsburg: I hope to compete at conference again this year, as well as build my team up with the last seasons I will share with them. 
Biggest Thrill in Athletics: That accomplished feeling after a big race that's a mixture of exhilaration and exhaustion.
What differentiates you from teammates or other students? I am the mother of a three year old kitten, Zena, who is my emotional support animal. She is so smart and loving, and one of my biggest assets and supporters.
Any interesting, non-athletic hobbies, talents or unusual facts about yourself? I love hiking and exploring outside. Outside in nature is my happy place.
What are you most thankful for? I am most thankful for the opportunity to come back to school and collegiate sports after a quarter life-crisis battle with addiction. Sobriety has granted me a life I never imagined I could deserve.
