2022-2023 Track and Field: Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors in the indoor 1,000-meter run with a sixth-place finsih at the MIAC Championships ... competed in various mid-to-long distance events for the Auggies ... set a personal record in the 1500-meter run at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Meet on March 18 with a time of 4:02.26.

2021 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets and three events... Recorded career-best times of 2:00.07 in the 800 meters at the MIAC Championships and 4:06.75 in the 1500 meters at the Hamline Showcase... Recorded a season-best time of 3:38.33 in the 4x400 Relay at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite.

2021 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in four meets and three events... Recorded season-best times of 2:01.67 in the 800 meters at the Bethel, St. Johns/St. Bens, Augsburg Meet, 4:35.59 in the Mile at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet #2, and 3:42.98 in the 4x400 Relay at the Bethel, St. Johns/St. Bens, Augsburg Meet.

2020 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in six meets and for events... Recorded career-best times of 2:35.85 in the 1000 meters at the Hamster Invitational and 4:31.42 in the Mile at The Showcase... Recorded season-best times of 2:03.08 in the 800 meters at The Kelly Family Meet of the Hearts and 3:35.82 in the 4x400 Relay at the MIAC Championships.

High School: Won the state title... Won the DyeStat 2019 dual national meet... All conference in the 4x800.
