2022-2023 Track and Field: Named Academic All-MIAC ... earned CSC Academic All-District honors ... competed in various sprinting and middle distance events ... was a part of both the 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relays at the MIAC Outdoor Championships, placing 10th and ninth, respectively. 

2021 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in six meets and four events... Recorded career-best times of 52.31 in the 400 meters at the MIAC Championships and 5.92m in the Long Jump at the Holst Invitational... Recorded season-best times of 46.38 in the 4x100 Relay at the St. Thomas Tommie Twilight and 3:38.33 in the 4x400 Relay at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite. 

2021 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in four meets and three events... Recorded season-best times of 54.55 in the 400 meters at the COVID Classic, 1:39.20 in the 4x200 Relay at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet #2, and 3:42.98 in the 4x400 Relay at the Betherl, St. Johns/St. Bens, Augsburg Meet.

2020 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets and four events... Recorded career-best times of 24.55 in the 200 meters at the Hamster Invitational and 1.73m in the High Jump at the Hamster Invitational... Recorded season-best times of 54.73 in the 400 meters at the The Kelly Family Meet of the Hearts and 3:35.82 in the 4x400 Relay at the MIAC Championships.

2019-20 Basketball: Member of Augsburg Men's Basketball Team.

High School: Participated in varsity cross country for three years.. two time cross country captain...member of varsity track and field four years and served as a captain... Played three years of varsity basketball... Basketball Team Captain... Basketball all conference...Member of student council and class treasurer.. On A honor roll all of high school..Played in band and sang in choir.
