2022-2023 Track and Field: Named Academic All-MIAC ... earned CSC Academic All-District honors ... competed in various distance events for the Auggies ... recorded a personal record in the 3000-meter steeplechase in his final collegiate race with a time of 11:11.80 at the Meet of the UnSaintly ... set a personal record in the mile with a time of 4:55.49 at the Snowshoe Open.

2021 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in three meets and three events... Recorded career-best times of 4:37.49 in the 1500 meters at the University of St Thomas Tomcat Invitational and 38:24.48 in the 10,000 meters at the Holst Invitational... Recorded a season-best time of 18:07.67 in the 5000 meters at the Saint John's Last Minute Meet.

2021 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in three meets and two events... Recorded season-best times of 5:07.81 in the Mile at the Bethel, St. Johns/St. Bens, Augsburg and 10:13.16 in the 3000 at the COVID Classic.

2020 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets and four events... Recorded career-best times of 1:00.30 in the 400 meters at The Kelly Family Meet of the Hearts, 5:07.09 in the Mile at the Hamster Invitational, 10:01.75 in the 3000 meters at the Minnesota Cold Classic, and 17:55.03 in the 5000 meters at The Showcase.

High School: Attended Aquinas High School... Participated in cross-country and tennis... 1st team All-Conference honors.

Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? The cross country team provided a welcoming atmosphere that solidified my choice in Augsburg.
Biggest Thrill in Athletics? The final sprint in a close race.
What is a little known fact about yourself? I was able to coach my high school tennis team this spring, and we were able to take our 1 Doubles team to individual state (made it to the top 8) and go as a whole to team state (top 4 in the state).
What are you most thankful for? Good friends.
