2021 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in seven meets and three events... Recorded career-best times of 13.78 in the 100 meters at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite, 28.11 in the 200 meters at the Hamline Showcase, and 1:02.91 in the 400 meters at the MIAC Championships.

2021 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in four meets and three events... Recorded a career-best time of 8.06 in the 55 meters at the COVID Classic... Recorded season-best times of 29.05 in the 200 meters at the COVID Classic and 1:06.78 in the 400 meters at the St. Thomas vs. Augsburg Dual Meet.

High School: Participated in gymnastics and track & field...Gymnastics conference champions (2016-20) and section champions (2020) ... Earned all-conference and all-section honors and was a Minnesota State Qualifier  (2020)...Track and field conference champions (2018-2019)...Finished fifth-place in Sections 4x100 (2019) and third-place 4x100 Highland Park Record (2019)... Rookie of the Year (2017).
