2013 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 100 and 200 meter dashes...Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships in the 200 meter dash...Finished 18th at nationals with a new personal best of 24.88 seconds in the 200 meter dash (5/23)...Was the MIAC Champion in both the 100 and 200 meter dashes (5/11)...Was a member of the 4x200 meter relay team that finished second at the MIAC Championship (5/11)...Finished first in seven events at various meets throughout the season.

2012 Outdoor Track and Field:  Competed in the 100 meter dash and the 200 meter dash...Was a member of the 4x100 meter relay team...Recorded a season-best time of 12.01 in the 100 meter dash at the NCAA Division III Championships (5/26)...Recorded a season-best time of 24.93 in the 200 meter dash at the MIAC Championships (5/11-12)...Earned All-American Honors.

2012 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 60 and 200 meter dash, and 4x200 meter relay...Recorded a season best time of 26.5 in the 200 meter dash, earning herself a third place finish at the Bethel Invitational (2/4)...Compiled five 1st place finishes in the 60 meter dash...Recorded a season best time of 7.78 in the 60 meter dash at the MIAC Indoor Championship (3/1-3/3), earning herself All-Conference Honors...Also received All-Conference Honorable Mention as a member fo the 800 meter relay team that finished sixth at the MIAC Indoor Championships (3/1-3/3)...Earned All-American Honors.

2011 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 100 and 200 meter dashes... recorded a season- best time of 12.58 at the Meet of the Unsaintly (5/7)... and a season- best time of 26.57 in the Tommie Twilight (5/4)... Was a member of the 4x200 meter relay team running a 1:42.54 at the Drake Relays (4/30) setting a school record.

2011 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 55, 60, 200 meter dashes and the 800 meter relay... Recorded a season- best time in the 200 with a 27.14 at the Bethel Invite (2/5)... recorded a season-best time in the 55 meter dash with a 7.47 at the MIAC Championship meet (3/4-3/5)... and recorded a season best time in the 60 meter dash with a 8.11 at the UM Parents Day Open (2/19)... was a member of the 4x200 meter relay team running a 1:42.50 at the MIAC Championships (3/4-5) finishing first.

2010 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 100 and 200 meter dash and the triple jump... recorded a season best time of 13.27 in the 100 meter dash at Concordia University St.Paul Holst Relays (4/28)... recorded a season best in the 200 meter dash with a time of 26.52 at St.Olaf Manitou Classic (4/17)... and another season best in the triple jump with 9.9m at the Emory Invitational (3/19)

2010 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 100 and 200 meter dash and the triple jump... recorded a season best of 12.70 in the 100 meter dash prelims at the Tommie Twilight Meet (5/5)... recorded a season best in the 200 meter dash of 26.53 at the St. Olad\f Manitou Classic (4/17)... and another season best in the triple jump of 9.67m (31-08.75) at Hamline Invitational (4/10)
