2011 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 1,500, 5,000 and 10,000 meter runs...Recorded a season-best time of 4:40.88 in the 1,500 meter run at the Hamline Unsaintly meet (April 2)... Recorded a season best time of 17:30.79 in the 5,000 meter at Capitol City Championship (April 21)... Recorded a season best time of  36:15.47 in the 10,000 meter at the Falcon Invitational (April 8)

2011 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 1 mile, 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs... Recorded a season best time in the 1 mile of 4:31.34 at the MIAC Championships (May 4-5)... Recorded a season- best time of 10:06.75 in the 3,000 meter at the Torstrud Classic (Feb. 18).. Also recorded a season best time of 18:04.26 in the 5,000 meter at the Carelton Meet of Hearts (Feb. 12)

High School: Participated in cross country and track and field at Albany HS...member of cross country team that finished 14th at State in 2007...four-year letter winner in cross country...two-year letter winner in track and field.
