9815MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY (11th at 2013 MIAC Championships, 20th at 2013 NCAA Central Regional; 9th at 2014 MIAC Championship, 14th at 2014 NCAA Central Regional) -- Augsburg recorded its best finishes at both the MIAC Championships and NCAA Central Regional since 2009, finishing ninth at the MIAC meet and 14th at the NCAA regional … Mohamed Mohamed earned All-MIAC honors with a 22nd-place finish at the conference meet, while finishing 44th at the NCAA regional … Abdullahi Salan just missed out on All-MIAC honors, finishing 26th at the conference meet, while finishing 43rd in a personal-best 25:58.7 (8K) at the NCAA regional … Augsburg had several strong finishes, including its best-ever finish at the University of Minnesota Roy Griak Invitational Division III race (eighth), a fifth-place finish (best Division III team finish in the field) at the Disney Cross Country Classic in Florida, and a 19th-place finish at the UW-La Crosse Jim Drews Invitational.
9817MEN'S HOCKEY (13-9-3 overall, 6-7-3 MIAC in 2013-14; 12-14-0 overall, 9-7-0 MIAC, MIAC Playoff qualifier in 2014-15) -- Augsburg reached the MIAC postseason playoffs for the first time since the 2010-11 season, its second straight double-digit win season and fifth in the last six seasons … Augsburg claimed a sweep of St. Olaf in its final series of the regular season to clinch a playoff berth … Forward Corbin Chapman, defender Zach Dick and forward Mack Ohnsted earned All-MIAC honors, while forward Ben McClellan was named All-MIAC Honorable Mention. 
9819MEN'S TRACK AND FIELD (10th at 2013 MIAC Outdoor Championships, 10th at 2014 MIAC Indoor Championships; 9th at 2014 MIAC Outdoor Championships/7th at 2015 MIAC Indoor Championships) -- In the 2014 outdoor season, Augsburg finished in 9th place at the MIAC Championships … Barinedum Kordah won the MIAC title in the long jump, while Matt Green finished 3rd in the shot put, Undre Smith-Brewer finished fourth in the 100-meter dash, Chase Grieves finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles and the 1,600-meter relay team finished second ...  In the 2015 indoor season, Augsburg finished seventh at the MIAC Championships, its best finish since 2011 … Undre Smith-Brewer repeated his 60-meter dash conference title, while Barinedum Kordah earned three All-MIAC honors, finishing second in the 200- and 400-meter dashes and third in the long jump … Mohamed Mohamed finished fifth in the mile run, Sean Adams finished sixth in the heptathlon and the Auggie 800-meter relay finished third.
9826WRESTLING (8-5 overall, NCAA Division III West Regional champion,  5th at NCAA Division III National Championships in 2013-14; 12-4 overall, NCAA Division III West Regional champion, NCAA Division III National Champions in 2014-15) -- Augsburg claimed its record 12th NCAA Division III national championship, winning two individual national titles and earning six All-Americans, at the national tourney in Hershey, Pa., in March … Augsburg won its first team national title since 2010 with a dominant performance, recording 16 bonus-point victories to earn 24 bonus points in the team standings … Jim Moulsoff was named NWCA Division III National Coach of the Year and Division III Rookie Coach of the Year, while Tony Valek was named Assistant Coach of the Year … Back-to-back 125-pound national titlist Mike Fuenffinger earned national tourney Outstanding Wrestler honors, and 165-pounder Eric Hensel earned the tournament’s Most Falls in Least Time award … Fuenffinger and heavyweight Donny Longendyke earned individual national titles, while 133-pounder Chad Bartschenfeld was national runner-up … Augsburg won the West Regional and qualified wrestlers in all 10 weight classes to the national tourney, its 13th straight NCAA regional title … Augsburg’s 12 dual-meet victories were its most since the 2009-10 season (12-0).
