HONORING CLAIR STROMMEN '46
In 2002, the tournament was named in honor of Clair Strommen, Class of 1946. Clair was a standout student-athlete and was inducted into the Augsburg Athletic Hall of Fame in 1977. He served as the chairman and CEO of Lutheran Brotherhood, was a member of the Augsburg Board of Regents, and was a highly respected leader of the A-Club. He was honored by Augsburg in 1980 as a Distinguished Alumnus, and again in 2001, when his family was honored with the Distinguished Service Award. |

Monday, June 13: Augsburg Men's/Women's Golf -- at
The Links at Northfork in Ramsey, Minn. Tournament begins at 12 p.m. Cost includes box lunch, dinner, range access, golf with cart and prizes. Cost is $125 per person.

Sunday, June 26: Augsburg Women's Basketball -- at
TopGolf in Brooklyn Center, Minn. from 1-4 p.m. The event will include a buffet lunch, raffle, and a golf tournament. An exciting day of golf with alumni, coaches, players, parents and friends. Get together a group of 6 for a team or sign up as an individual. Players will be put together in teams of 6 to compete against all the other Auggie participants. TopGolf is a great place for any level golfer, even if you haven't ever picked up a club. The cost is $100 (for one person) or $550 for 6 people (1 bay at TopGolf).

Friday, September 16: Augsburg Women's Hockey -- at
New Hope Golf Course in New Hope, Minn. BBQ dinner/registration begins at 5:30 p.m., with raffle and auction at 7:15 p.m. Golf begins at 8 p.m. Cost is $50 per person for golfers (includes nine holes of golf, one lighted golf ball each, BBQ dinner, and gift) $20 for dinner only.
