Under head coach and 2026 MIAC Coach of the Year Elizabeth Bauer, Augsburg won the MIAC regular-season title and qualified for the NCAA National Tournament, both for the second straight year. The Auggies finished 21-5-1 overall. Nora Stepan earned MIAC Player of the Year on Defense and Division III All-American honors, and joined Kate Haug, Ella Olson and Aunna Schulte as all-conference honorees, with Tenley Stewart named all-conference honorable mention.

Under head coach Clara Webby, Augsburg finished 10-8-1 overall and 6-4-1 in conference play, earning its third straight MIAC playoff berth and 11th in the last 13 full seasons. Jayla Ponce was named MIAC Player of the Year on offense and earned all-region honors, and Lennon Folstad and Allison Hookom earned all-conference honorable mention honors.

Under coach Jay Kam, Augsburg won 11 matches and five in conference play in 2025, reaching the MIACC playoff quarterfinals. Setter Jovial King had an outstanding individual season, averaging 9.08 assists and 3 digs per-set with 15 assist-dig double-doubles, earning All-MIAC honors.

Under coach Ali Sprenger, Augsburg won both of its dual meets in the 2025-26 season and finished eighth at the inaugural NCAA Region V Regional. Augsburg had two sixth-place individual finishes at the regional, from 110-pounder and 160-pounder Alaina Franco. Gisele Gallegos led the way for the Auggies with 18 victories on the season.
