Ryan Meyers (Miami University - Ohio '11) enters his second season as a pitching coach on the Augsburg baseball coaching staff in 2021.
Previous Coaching Experience/Achievements
Ryan was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Gustavus-Adolphus College for 3 years and helped the Gusties to their first conference title in 40 years.
Playing Experience/Achievements
Ryan continued his education and playing career at Miami University in Ohio. During his senior year, Ryan would lead the team and ranked third in the Mid-American Conference in opponent’s batting average (.175), hits per nine innings (5.5), and WHIP (0.94).
In high school, Ryan played 3 years of varsity baseball between Wayzata High School (1 year) and Benilde-St. Margaret’s High School (2 years). During his high school career, Ryan earned All-Conference and All-Section honors two times.
