Corey Boyer joined the Augsburg football coaching staff in 2020 as an assistant coach.
Previous Coaching Experience:
Boyer served with head coach Derrin Lamker as defensive backs coach at Edina (Minn.) High School for four years, and as a defensive backs coach at Osseo (Minn.) High School for nine years. As an assistant at Osseo, he was a part of teams that won three Northwest Suburban Conference titles and the 2015 Minnesota Class 6A state championship, one of two state tournament appearances.
Personal/Family Notes:
Boyer graduated from Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in 1998, where he played football and baseball. He serves as a Senior Brand Manager for ePromos Promotional Products.
He resides in Maple Grove, Minn., with his wife Carrie, daughter Alexandra and son Jackson.
