Why did you choose to attend Augsburg? I chose Augsburg, because it’s so close to home. The drive from my house is only 15-20 minutes so I can see my family everyday that was very important. Another reason was the coaching staff. They were always inviting me to events, coming to my high school games and texting me so they really felt like family.
Athletic Goal at Augsburg: Win a MIAC championship, Play in national playoff game, make memories with my teammates that will last forever.
Biggest Thrill in Athletics: There’s no other feeling in the world like throwing a touchdown and hearing the crowd roar with excitement. Hands down the biggest thrill.
What differentiates you from your teammates or other students? I feel like I’ve always been a good leader. Growing up and currently my dad is a high school football coach so I’ve always been around his teams and soaked in as much from the older dudes. I’ve had some great roll models along the way that have really helped me through my athletic journey.
What are you most thankful for? I am thankful for my family and friends. Without them I don’t know where I’d be. Many people in my life have set me in the right direction and I am beyond great full for that.
