Eren Cur (Augsburg '13) enters his seventh season as an assistant coach, and 11th overall as a member of the Augsburg men's basketball program for the 2020-21 season. Cur assists with post player development, and directs the program’s analytic efforts in addition to his recruiting responsibilities with the Auggies. 
 
Previous Coaching Experience:
• Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach - Wayzata HS (2013-2014) 

Playing Experience/Achievements:
• Cur was a two-sport Auggie student-athlete playing basketball and baseball for four years.
• On the basketball court, Cur appeared in 67 games throughout his career, 28 of those games came in his senior season as he played backup to conference MVP, Dan Kornbaum, during their run to the MIAC playoff championship game in 2013. 
• In baseball, Cur was a standout pitcher for the Auggies with 38 appearances including 24 starts. Cur pitched 60 innings with a 3.30 ERA his senior season, while leading the team in innings pitched, wins, appearances and games started. 

Personal/Family Notes:
A native of Plymouth, Minn. Cur and his fiancé Jenna currently reside in Edina, Minn. Cur works full-time at General Mills in Golden Valley as a Senior Financial Analyst.
