2009 Cross Country: Ran in two races... Recorded a time of 18.10 at Bethel Duel (Sept.5)

2008 Cross Country:  Ran the 5K and 8K for North Iowa Area Community College.

High School/Personal: Participated in track and field for three years and was a 2006 state finalist.
