2023: Competed in six races for the Auggies ... ran a season-fastest 8k at the MIAC Championships with a time of 28:12.0. 

2022: Ran in six races ... set a new personal-best 8k time of 28:52.1 at the Hamline Invitational on September 9. 

High School: Participated in track and field and cross country for three seasons ... recipient of the Windseth Award in 2021-22 ... recipient of the Coaches Award in 2021 ... named Most Dedicated Athlete in 2021-22 ... earned varsity letters in cross country and track and field ... also participated in nordic skiing.

Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? Out of all of the colleges I looked at and got accepted into, Augsburg was the one that had checked the most boxes on what would work best for me.
What differentiates you from teammates or other students?: Unlike most students, I don't think cross country is stupid or taxing.
Are there any interesting, non-athletic hobbies, talents or unusual facts about yourself? I like to read and write just about anything and everything. I've been playing musical instruments for most of my life now. 
What are you most thankful for? Learning everything that I have so far in my lifetime.
