2023: Named MIAC Cross Country Athlete of the Year for the second year in a row... secured an All-MIAC selection ... competed in six races, winning three of them ... placed in the top three five times ... earned his second consecutive MIAC Championships individual title with an 8k time of 24:23.6 ... finished first at the Carleton Running of the Cows on September 16 with an 8k time of 24:59.5 ... won the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational on October 14 with an 8k time of 24:44.3. 

2022: Named MIAC Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... earned MIAC Rookie of the Year honors ... secured All-MIAC selection ... named MIAC Cross Country Athlete of the Week four times ... ran in eight races, winning five of them ... won his collegiate debut at te Twin Cities Twilight with a three-mile time of 14:32.7 ... placed first at the Hamline Invitational with an 8k time of 24:32.4 ... won the St. Olaf Invitational with a time of 25:18.5 ... won the Blugold invitational and set a new school record 8k time of 24:22.1 ... placed second at the UW-La Crosse Invitational with an 8k time of 24:25.95 ... became the first Augsburg men's cross country runner to finish as individual conference champion at the MIAC Championships, winning the 8k race with a time of 24:27.4 ... finished seventh at the NCAA Regional Championships ... qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships, finishing 168th with a time of 26:27.4.

Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? Good school close to home that will let me pursue my education while running track and cross country.

Biggest Thrill in Athletics: I just love training and getting better.
What differentiates you from teammates or other students?: Hope, I believe with enough work I can accomplish anything.  This sometimes means I did workouts that other people say are crazy.
