Mohamed Sankoh (Augsburg '16), a four-year member of Augsburg's men's soccer team, is in his third season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Auggies in 2018.
A midfielder/forward for the Auggies, Sankoh played in the 2010-12 seasons, then returned to the Auggies in 2015 after a two-season absence. In 65 career games, Sankoh scored 11 goals with six assists for 28 points, including five game-winning goals. In 2015, he scored two goals with four assists in 18 games, averaging 56.3 minutes played per-game. He earned All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team honors in 2015.
As a high school player at St. Paul Como Park, Sankoh was a team captain in 2009 and earned the team's Best Offensive Player honor his senior season. He was named All-St. Paul City Conference in both 2008 and 2009, and earned Minnesota State High School Soccer Coaches Association All-State honors in 2009.
As a coach, Sankoh holds an NSCAA National Diploma and USSF "D" license.
