2023-2024: Competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1500m, and various relays for the Auggies ... set a new personal record and placed 10th in the 600m at the MIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 1:23.82 ... placed 10th in the 800m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:57.89. 

2022-2023: Competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1500m, and various relays for the Auggies ... earned Indoor All-MIAC Honorable Mention status in both the 1000-meter and 800-meter with fourth and fifth-place finishes, respectively ... earned Outdoor All-MIAC honors with a fourth-place finish in the 800-meter run ... broke the school record in the indoor 800m with a time of 1:55.78 ... secured fifteen top-five finishes throughout the season, including three event wins. 

High School: Participated in track and field and cross country at Rosemount High School ... earned All-State and All-Conference honors.

Why did I choose Augsburg? I chose to attend Augsburg because of their internship program. I knew I needed to gain as much experience as possible before my job search, and Augsburg is known for their extensive network of high-quality internships. I connected with Advanced Carpentry and developed my skills in a real world environment. 
What differentiates you from your teammates? I have an unusual combination of soft skills that I feel makes me unique. I’m constantly seeking to improve, learn from my mistakes, and challenge myself. And I’m exceptionally organized in terms of tracking my results, progress, and any trends in my work and output.
What is a little known fact about yourself? My favorite meal to cook is salted egg, chicken and rice. I serve it at holiday gatherings with my family every year.
What are you most thankful for? My family and my high school coach.
