2023-2024: Competed in various distance events in 11 meets for the Auggies ... set a personal record in the outdoor 800m with a time of 2:12.82 ... set a personal record in the indoor mile with a time of 4:44.70. 

2022-2023 Track and Field: Competed in the 1500-meter run and mile run ... ran a personal best 1500-meter with a time of 4:20.95 at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational. 

St. Louis Park HS: Participated in both track and field, cross country, and nordic skiing ... Lettered in cross country all four years ... Was named a captain of the cross country team as a junior and senior ... Lettered three times in track and field ... Named a captain of the track and field team as a senior ... Earned All-Conference honors as a senior ... Lettered in nordic skiing as a senior.

Career Goal: Be a graphic designer and be able to use my creative ideas to make them into reality.
Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? Because it was small and I know I would be able to have a good relationship with professors so that I am able to ask for help when needed. Also it was close to home which was a big thing for me when choosing. And I am able to still continue my running career which I really wanted to do.
Athletic goal at Augsburg: To improve my times and get faster but also to continue my passion for running because I feel I still have more left in me and am not ready to be finished after high school.
Biggest Thrill in Athletics: Running races and hearing all the people cheering and also improving my times and being able to see all the hard work that I have put in pay off.
What differentiates you from your teammates? I survived a severe head on car crash and recovered back to good health and to be able to run again.
Any interesting, non-athletic hobbies, talents or unusual facts about yourself? I like Star Wars and enjoy collecting LEGOS.
What are you most thankful for? I am very thankful for my family and girlfriend who are always there for me and are my number one fans.
