2016 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 800 meter run, 1000 meter run, and the mile run... Recorded a personal best time of 2:36.43 in the 1000 meter run at the Bethel Gene Glader Invitational (2/6). Recorded a personal best time of 4:30.66 in the mile run at the Macalester College Alumni Triangular (1/23).

2015 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 800 meter run and the 1500 meter run... recorded a personal best time of 4:06.52 in the 1500 meter run at the Meet of the Unsaintly (5/2).

2015 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 800 meter run, the 1500 meter run, and the mile run... Ran a season best time of 4:41.46 in the mile run at the Snowshoe Open (2/20). 

2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 4x400 meter relay, 4x800 meter relay, 1500 meter run, 400 meter run, and 800 meter run...ran a season best 1500 meter run with a 4:16.62 time at the Point Luma Collegiate Meet (3/22).

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 1 mile, 800 meter and 1000 meter run...Recorded personal best times of 2:37.82 in the 1000 meter run and 2:00.67 in the 800 meter run at the MIAC Championship (3/8)

2013 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 800 meter run where he recorded a season best time of 2:02.42 at the Meet of the Unsaintly (5/4).

2013 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 600 meter run and the 800 meter run. 

High School: Participated in football and track at Chippewa Falls Senior HS... Earned All-Conference honorable mention and two letters in football... Four-time letter winner, qualifying for state in track... Also participated in the National Honor Society.
