2023-2024: MIAC Champion in both the outdoor 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs ... earned All-MIAC honors in the indoor 5,000m and outdoor 5,000m and 10,000m ... broke school records in the indoor mile (4:15.20), 3,000m (8:24.31), and 5,000m (14:37.67) and outdoor 5,000m (14:28.17) and 10,000m (30:10.37) ... secured 13 top-five finishes and six individual event wins. 

2022-2023: MIAC Champion in the indoor 5,000-meter run ... earned All-MIAC honors in the indoor 5,000 ... set the school record in the indoor 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:39.40 ... set the school record in the indoor 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:37.77 ... set the school record in the outdoor 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:32.98 ... secured 11 top-five finishes, including five first-place finishes. 

High School: Participated in track and field at Highland Park High School.

Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? Good school close to home that will let me pursue my education while running track and cross country.

Biggest Thrill in Athletics: I just love training and getting better.
What differentiates you from teammates or other students?: Hope, I believe with enough work I can accomplish anything.  This sometimes means I did workouts that other people say are crazy.
What are you most thankful for? For everything I have been blessed with.
