2011 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 800, 1,000 meter, and 1 mile runs... Recorded a season- best time of 4:40.74 in the 1 mile run at the St. Olaf Qualifier (Feb. 25)... Recorded a season-best in the 800 meter run with a 2:18.54 at the Carleton meet of Hearts (Feb. 12)... Recorded a season- best time of 2:53.48 in the 1,000 meter run at the Bethel Invitational (Feb. 5).
High School: Participated in cross country, basketball and track and field…two-time state participant in cross country…two-time state participant in track and field (mile, 2-mile)…All-State in the 2-mile…Academic letter-winner…member of National Honor Society, Knowledge Bowl, Pep Band, High School Band and Drama.
