2021: Competed in five races... Ran a season best 8K with 30:50.26 at the UW-La Crosse 8K Invitational.

2019 Cross Country: Ran four races... Ran a season best time with 39:16.5 at the St. Olaf Invitational 6K.

High School: Participated in Cross Country...Member of National Honor Society, Student Senate, Band, Jazz Band, Marching Band, Pep Band, Choir, Show Choir, Get-A-Grip, Group Speech, Individual Speech, and Battle of the Books.

Career Goal? I want to be a great lawyer or even a judge.
Why did I choose to attend Augsburg? I love the small school atmosphere, I love the idea of being a part of something bigger than myself! I like that I can recognize people here and form real relationships both with the team and with my peers.
Athletic Goal at Augsburg? I’m not a fast runner, so really I just want to be the best leader and cheerleader I can for my team! 
Biggest Thrill in Athletics: When you cross that finish line you didn’t think you would! Accomplishing what you put your mind to!
What differentiates you from teammates or other students (what makes you special and interesting)? I am really passionate about being from Iowa! I like to eat pickles and peanut butter together and I own an absurd amount of potted plants.
What is a little known fact about yourself? I used to show sheep in 4H and my favorite two sheep were named Cow and Stupid.
List any interesting, non-athletic hobbies, talents or unusual facts about yourself? I love to write and sew, I’ve written two full length plays one being produced.
What are you most thankful for? My mom, my grandma, my little brother, my boyfriend Aaron, my best friend Kason, and all of my other dumb friends.
Any other personal tidbits? I held a youth theatre camp to inspire youth to do theatre in honor of my best friend and donated the money to my high school speech program.
