2008 Cross Country:  Participated in seven races....Personal-best  24:47.72 at MIAC Championship...Team's number two runner at NCAA Division III Central Regional.

2007-08: Study abroad in China.

2007 Indoor Track and Field: Participated in the 400, 600 and 3,000 meter distances…recorded 400m season best (1:03.88) at the Wisconsin-Stout Open (Jan. 27)…set a 600m season best and claimed first place at the Bethel Invitational (Feb. 3) with a time of 1:44.78…posted a 3,000 meter season-best (11:21.27) at the Wisconsin-Stout Open.

2006 Cross Country: Ran in six competitions...No. one runner on the team…set two personal-best times during the season…led team at MIAC Championships with a personal-best (25:10.87; 62/56)...Earned Most Valuable and Most Improved honors.

2006 Indoor Track and Field: Participated in the 200, 400 and 600 meter distances…200m season-best time (29.00) at the Wisc.-River Falls Coca Cola Classic (Feb. 11)…400m season-best time (1:04.31) at the St. Olaf Open (Feb. 24)…600m season-best time (1:49.23) at the St. Mary’s Invite (Feb. 4).

2005 Cross Country: Ran in six races…set two personal-best times during the season…set season and personal-best time at the St. Olaf invite (28:40; 225/106).

On Campus: Most Valuable and Most Improved cross country (2006)...Sabo Scholar recipient…Work in the Office of the President…Tutor.
