Ashley Holmes (University of North Dakota '13) has served on the Augsburg women's hockey coaching staff since 2014 as an assistant coach. She also serves as an assistant sports information director in the Augsburg athletic department.
Augsburg Coaching Highlights:
Holmes has helped guide the Auggies to five-consecutive playoff appearances (2015-2020), including a 69% winning percentage since 2016. She is primarily responsible for leading the defense, of which there have been one All-American, six All-MIAC, seven All-MIAC Honorable Mention and one MIAC All-Rookie Team honorees.

Personal/Family Notes:
Holmes earned her bachelor's degree in biology/pre-medicine, with a minor in psychology, from North Dakota. She earned a master's degree in leadership from Augsburg in 2018. She currently lives in Eagan, Minn. with her wife, Laura.
