Molly Allen (Augsburg '15), one of the best players in Augsburg women's soccer history, is in her second season as a graduate fellow assistant coach for the Auggies.

AAllen earned National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-America third-team honors in 2014, becoming the first Auggie women's soccer player to ever earn All-America honors. The midfielder also earned All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and NSCAA All-North Region honors in both 2012 and 2014.

In 78 career games for the Auggies, Allen set Augsburg's school record for career assists with 38, including a single-season school-record 15 in her senior season. She also had four career goals for 46 career points, 11th-most in school history.

A psychology major at Augsburg with a 3.56 grade-point average, Allen was named as a NSCAA Scholar All-America second-team honoree in 2014, also a first for Augsburg's women's soccer program. She was also an NSCAA Scholar All-North/Central Region first-team midfielder last season, and earned Academic All-MIAC honors three times.

Allen was part of one of the most successful senior classes in Augsburg women's soccer history, as the Auggies went 48-23-14 (.647) during her four seasons, including two appearances in the MIAC postseason playoffs. The Auggies won the MIAC regular-season and playoff titles in 2014, advancing to the second round of the NCAA Division III national tournament and finishing with a school-record 17 wins (17-5-0).
