(May 7)... and a persona- best time of 61:37 in the 400 Meter Dash at the Hamline Invite. (May 7)... Reciving All-MIAC Honors in the 400 meter relay at the MIAC Championships (May 13-14) ... A member of the 1,600 meter relay with a time of 3:57.77 at the Tommie Twilight meet (May 4) setting a team school record while finnishing first at the meet.
2011 Indoor Trak and Field: Competed in the 200 and 400- Meter Dash... recorded a season-best of 28.6 in the 200-Meter dash at the UM parents day open (Feb. 19)... a season- best of 62.89 in the 400-Meter dash at the Ole Open (Feb. 25)... and a season- best of 1:46.63 in the 600-Meter Dash also at the Warren Boulus Open (Jan 29th)
2010 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 200 and 400- Meter Dash... recorded a season-best of 28.86in the 200-Meter Dash at Hamline Twilight Meet (April.21)... and a season-best of 66.23 in the 400-Meter dash at St. Olaf Manitou Classic (April.17)
