2017 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the weight throw...Recorded a personal best weight throw of 14.92 meters/ 48' 11.5" at the CSB-SJU February Invite (2/11)...Placed first in the weight throw with a throw of 14.23 meters/ 46' 8.25" at the Kilt Classic (1/20).

2016 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the javelin, hammer and discus throws...Recorded a season best javelin throw of 28.28 meters/92' 9" at the USF Bulls Invitational (3/17)...Recorded a personal best hammer throw of 39.75 meters/130' 5" at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/7)...Recorded a personal best discus throw of 32.76 meters/107' 6" at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/7).

2016 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put and weight throw...Recorded a season best mark with a throw of 9.07 meters in the shot put at Warren Bowlus Open (1/30)...Recorded a season best mark with a throw of 14.54 meters in the weight throw, giving her a second-place finish at UMN Parents Day Open (2/20).

2015 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the javelin, hammer and discus throws... Recorded a personal best javelin throw of 30.59 meters/100' 4" at the Janis Rider Invitational (4/25)...Recorded a season best hammer throw of 35.82 meters/117' 6" at the UW-La Crosse Ashton May Invite (4/3)...Recorded a season best throw of 29.62 meters/97' 2" at the Tommie Twilight (4/29).

2015 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put and weight throw...Recorded a season best mark with a throw of 7.00 meters/22' 11.75" in the shot put at Macalester Alumni Triangular (1/24)...Recorded a season best mark with a throw of 13.66 meters/44' 9.75" in the weight throw at MIAC Indoor Championships (3/5).

2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the discuss, javelin and hammer throw...set multiple personal records this season with a 31.36 meters/102' 11" mark in the discuss, 36.40 meters/119' 5" mark in the  hammer throw and a 23.19 meters/76' 1" mark in the javelin.

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put and weight throw...In shot put threw a season best of 8.42 meters/27' 7.5" at the Pre-MIAC Meet (2/28)...In the weight throw threw a season best of 11.12 meters/36' 5.75" at the Warren Bowlus UW-Stout Meet (2/1).

High School: Participated in volleyball and track at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School... Was a three time letter winner, team captain and also an All-Conference Honorable Mention in volleyball... Earned four letters in track.
