Recorded a season best time of 59.47 in the 400 at the USC Trojan Invitational (March 19)... Recorded a season best time of 25.85 at the Hamiline Invitational (April 2)... Recieving All-MIAC Honorable Mention for placing 5th in the 200 at the MIAC Championships (May 13-14)... Recorded a season best time in the 100 with 12.94 at the Hamline Invitational (April 2)... A member of the 400 meter relay running a team time of 48.24 at the Tommie Twilight (March 4) Reciving All- MIAC Honors for the teams 1st place finish at MIAC Championships (March 13-14)... A member of the 800 meter relay running a team time of 1:42.54 at Drack Relays (April 30)... A member of the 1,600 meter realy runnign a team time of 3:57.77 at the Tommie Twilight (March 4) setting a school record and finnishing 1st as a team... Also Reciving All- MIAC Sprotsmenship team Award at MIAC Championships.

Recorded a season best 200 time of 26.47 at the St. Olaf Qualifier (Feb 25)... Recorded a season best time in the 55 meter dash with a 7.65 at the Warren Bowlus Open (Jan 29)... A member of the 800 meter relay running a team time of 1:42.50 at MIAC Championship (March 4-5) Reciving All-MIAC honors with their 1st place finish... A member of the 1,600 meter relay team running a team time of 4:05.29 at the MIAC Championship (March 4-5)
2010 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in 200 and 55 meter dash... Recorded a season best of 26.91 at the Carleton Meet of Hearts (Febuary.12)... and recorded a season best time of 7.66 in the 55 meter dash at the Carleton Meet of Hearts (May.8)
2010 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 100 and 200 meter dash... recorded a season best time of 12.78 in the 100 meter dash and also a 25.69 in the 200 meter dash both at Hamline Meet of UnSaintly (May.8)
