2011 Outdoor Track and Field: Compeated in the 100, 200 and 400-meter dashes, long jump, and the 400, 800 and 1,600-meter relays... Recorded a season-best time of 12.37 in the 100 meters at the Hamline Meet of the Unsaintly (May 7)... Recorded a season-best time in the 200 meters of 25.04 at the Hamline Invitational (April 2)... Recorded a season-best time of 57.02 in the 400 meter dash at the HU Capitol City Championships (April 21)... Recorded a season-best jump in the long jump with a distance of 5.62 meters at the USC Trojan Invitational (March 19)... A member of the 400-meter relay team, running a season-best time of 48.24 at the Tommie Twilight (May 4)...Competed as a member of the 800-meter relay running a time of 1:42.54 at the Drake Relays (April 30)... A member of the 1,600-meter relay, running a time of 3:57.77 at the Tommie Twilight (April 4) setting a school record as a team and placing first... Received All-MIAC honors as a member of the 1st place 400-meter relay team at MIAC Championships (May13-14)... Recorded a season best time of 7.42 in the 55 meter dash at MICA Championships (March 4-5) reciving All- MIAC honors with a 2nd place finish... recorded a season-best time of 25.51 in the 200 meters at the MIAC Championship (March 4-5) reciving All-MIAC honors for her 2nd place finish... Recorded a season-best time of 58.94 in the 400 meter dash at MIAC Championship (March 4-5) reciving All- MIAC honors for her 2nd place finnish... Recorded a season-best distances in the long jump with a mark of 5.06 meters at the St. Olaf Qualifier (Feb. 25)... A member of the 800 meter relay, running a team time of 1:42.50 at the MIAC Championships (March 4-5) setting a school record and finnishing first as a team... Also a member of the 1,600 meter relay team, running a team time of 4:05.29 at the MIAC Championships (March 4-5).

2010 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 200, 400 and 55 meter dash and the long jump... Recorded a season best in the Long Jump of 4.35m at the Ole Open Qualifier (Febuary.26)... Recorded a season best in the 200 meter dash with a time 25.48 at the Ole Open Qualifer (Febuary.26)... Recorded another season best in the 400 meter dash with a time of 57.58 at the Minnesotas Parents-Day Open (Febuary.20)... and again with one more season best in the 55 meter dash with a time of 7:40 at Bethel University Invitational (Febuary.6)
