Naomi Rogge (Minnesota-Duluth '21), who played NCAA Division I women’s hockey at the University of Minnesota-Duluth and professional hockey in the Swedish Women’s Hockey League, was named as a full-time assistant coach for Augsburg's women's hockey program in June 2026.
A center, Rogge scored 63 goals with 51 assists for 114 career points in 168 career games over parts of five seasons at Minnesota-Duluth (2017-23), with 16 power-play goals and 11 game-winning goals. She was a part of teams that reached the NCAA Division I national tournament in 2021, 2022 and 2023, the Frozen Four in 2021 and 2022 and the national title game in 2022. Her goal in double overtime in the 2022 semifinal against Northeastern (Mass.) lifted the Bulldogs to the 2022 national championship game, and she was named to the 2022 Frozen Four All-Tournament Team.
After her collegiate career ended, Rogge has played three seasons (2023-26) in the Swedish Women’s Hockey League, in the 2023-24 season for SDE Hockey in Stockholm, and the last two seasons for Linkoping HC. An assistant captain on her teams all three seasons in Sweden, Rogge scored 26 goals and 20 assists for 46 points in 101 career regular-season games, and six goals and two assists for eight points in eight playoff games.
A native of Eden Prairie, Minn., Rogge played four seasons of high school hockey for the Eagles, scoring 69 goals with 48 assists for 117 points in 100 career games. The Eagles reached the Minnesota State High School League tournament three times in her career, including the state Class AA title in 2016. She was an All-State selection and a Minnesota Ms. Hockey finalist in 2016-17 and an All-State Honorable Mention honoree in 2015-16. Rogge also played soccer and lacrosse at Eden Prairie, earning All-America honors once and All-State honors twice in lacrosse. Rogge earned the Athena Award for Best Female Athlete at Eden Prairie in her senior year.
Rogge earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics and actuarial sciences from Minnesota-Duluth in 2021. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in mathematics at UMD. She was a four-time Western Collegiate Hockey Association Scholar-Athlete honoree with the Bulldogs, and was also named to the American Hockey Coaches Association/Krampade All-American Scholars list.
She also served as a head coach for the Duluth East (Duluth Wolfpack) girls’ lacrosse team from 2022 to 2025, and also holds a real estate license.
