Tyler Douglass, PT, DPT, SCS, has served as an Augsburg University athletics physical therapist since 2024. He is a board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist with Twin Cities Orthpedics at its Excelsior location. He is a former competitive swimmer, runner and soccer player, and has experience coaching swim stroke mechanics and developing training programs for Beginner through Masters’ levels swimmers. He has a personal interest in rehabilitation of athletic shoulder and knee injuries. Tyler is also on TCO’s concussion and vestibular team, treating traumatic and non-traumatic vertigo and dizziness, headaches, and neck pain/whiplash following a head injury. He uses the best current evidence to guide athletes through the recovery process of a concussion to promote a safe return to school and sport related activities. Outside the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and trail running.
