The Knights continued to dominate play in the second half, but a breakaway in the 73rd minute led to the tying goal for Augsburg, on Anderson's second goal of the game and her team-leading eighth of the season.
Carleton had several good chances late in the second half and in overtime, but did not find the back of the net.
