MINNEAPOLIS -- Tight end Josh Pronschinske (SR, Fountain City, Wis./Cochrane-Fountain City HS) caught a career-high 10 passes for 101 yards and a touchdown, but his Augsburg College football team fell 35-16 to visiting Concordia College-Moorhead in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest on Saturday afternoon at Edor Nelson Field.

Concordia (3-4 overall, 2-3 MIAC) scored on its first four possessions of the first half, building a 28-13 halftime lead over Augsburg (3-4 overall, 1-4 MIAC) in the Auggies' Homecoming game.

Quarterback Michael Dunham (JR, Willmar, Minn.) rushed for three first-half touchdowns, while passing for another, to lead the Cobbers to the victory. The Cobbers outgained the Auggies by a 448-266 margin -- including a 256-26 advantage in rushing yardage. Dunham threw for 175 yards in the game, while rushing for 74 yards on 11 carries.

The Cobbers dominated in time of possession, holding the ball for 38:48 on 72 plays, compared to 21:12 and 61 offensive plays for the Auggies. Each of the Cobbers' five scoring drives were 57 yards or more.

Augsburg quarterback Marcus Brumm (JR, Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville South HS) threw for 240 yards on 24-of-49 passing with two touchdowns. Brumm threw a nine-yard scoring strike to Muneer Al-Hameed (SR, Woodbury, Minn./Minneapolis Washburn HS) in the first quarter and a nine-yard strike to Pronschinske in the second quarter.

With seven catches for 71 yards and a touchdown, Al-Hameed claimed at least one catch in his 36th straight game -- every game he has played in his collegiate career (all but one Augsburg game in his four seasons). Al-Hameed now has 258 receptions for 3,089 yards in his career.

Cobber running back Trent Johnson (FY, Moorhead, Minn.) rushed seven times for 84 yards, including a 71-yard scamper in the second quarter that set up the Cobbers' final score of the first half. Brett Baune (SO, Fargo, N.D./Fargo South HS) rushed 16 times for 65 yards and a fourth-quarter touchdown. Bronson Shepherd (JR, Brainerd, Minn.) caught six passes for 74 yards and a first-quarter score.

Defensively, three Auggies had 10 tackles each in the game -- linebackers Adam Mead (SR, St. Francis, Minn.) and Adam Sonntag (SO, Green Lake, Wis.) and defensive back Tyler Phillips (JR, Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial HS).

The Cobbers were led defensively by Josh Herzog (JR, Detroit Lakes, Minn.), who had six tackles. Tyler Spicka (JR, Sauk Rapids, Minn./Sauk Rapids-Rice HS) had an 56-yard interception return, and Evan Sammon (SO, Odessa, Minn./Ortonville HS) had a sack and forced fumble.
