BOXSCORE WINONA, Minn. --
Serenae Levine (SR, Eden Prairie, Minn./Eden Prairie HS) scored her 1,000th career point, but it wasn't enough to overcome a tough first half as the Augsburg College women's basketball team fell 61-52 to Saint Mary's University in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference action on Saturday afternoon at the SMU Fieldhouse.
Augsburg (12-11 overall, 9-11 MIAC) was led by
Brittany Zins (JR, Bloomington, Minn./Kennedy HS), who finished with the only double-double of the afternoon. Zins posted 16 points while pulling down 11 boards and adding two steals.
Abbey Luger (FY, Oakdale, Minn./North St. Paul HS) finished with nine points for the Auggies, while Levine added six points, six steals and three rebounds.

Saint Mary's (12-11 overall, 12-8 MIAC) finished with three players in double figures, led by Jessica Thone, who scored 16 points, four rebounds and six assists.
