QUOTES FROM AUGSBURG HEAD COACH GREG HOLKER
• "Viterbo were very good hosts, and provided a solid performance today. We went down and got what we needed out of the match -- we were able to use a lot of players, and get a few guys that had been injured a little bit of time on the field."
• "Of the guys that played, Jeremiah Strand (FY, Brooklyn Park, Minn./Blaine HS) stood out for me as the most effective. He's really gaining confidence right now and is exerting himself on the game. Tommy Molski will get the win in his first minutes since the Wheaton game, and he's now put together two scoreless halves."
• "Grant Griffin keeps finding ways to put points on the board for us, and we are going to need him to continue this streak on Saturday when we run into an experienced and extremely talented Carleton team. They took out Saint John's today off another Jordy Cammarota goal in overtime. That's two in a row for the Knights in extra time, with Jordy taking care of business in both games. I know we are looking forward to the challenge."

UP NEXT
• Augsburg returns to Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play next Saturday (10/11) at 1 p.m. with a game at Carleton.
• Viterbo hosts Clarke (Iowa) on Tuesday (10/7) at 3 p.m.
