Jessica Lillquist (JR, Sebeka, Minn./Sebeka HS) scored a game-high 14 points and added eight assists to lead Augsburg College in a 71-31 victory over Crown College in nonconference women's basketball action on Thursday evening.

RECORDS: Augsburg 2-0 overall, Crown 0-4 overallHOW IT HAPPENED• Crown grabbed the opening bucket of the evening, but that proved to be their only lead of the night as Augsburg went on a 19-2 run over the next 10 minutes of action and took at 36-16 lead into the locker room at the intermission.
• Augsburg extended its lead to as many as 40 and cruised on to the 71-31 victory.
• Lillquist scored 14 points on 7-of-9 shooting from the floor.
• Also scoring in double figures for Augsburg was Abbey Luger (SR, Oakdale, Minn./North St. Paul HS), Raeann Sorenson (JR, Brooten, Minn./Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa HS) and Jenna Orth (JR, Melrose, Minn./Melrose HS). Luger finished with 13 points and a game-high eigth assists. Sorenson posted 12 points and four rebounds, while Orth finished with 12 points and a game-high seven steals.
• For the game, Augsburg shot 54.0 percent (27-of-50) from the field. The Auggie defense forced 30 Crown turnovers and picked up 18 steals. • Augsburg outscored Crown 42-10 in points in the paint and 34-5 in points off turnovers.
• 13 different Auggies saw action in the contest with 10 factoring into the scoring.FOR THE FOES• Crown was led by Desiree Davis, who scored 10 points and added four rebounds.
• The Storm shot 27.8 percent (9-of-40) from the field and were held to just 1-of-9 from 3-point range.
