DULUTH, Minn. -- Raeann Sorenson (JR, Brooten, Minn./Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa HS) scored a career-high 21 points and added four rebounds to lead Augsburg College in a 63-47 victory over the College of St. Scholastica in nonconference women's basketball action on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Auggies remain unbeaten on the season, marking the first time the Auggies have started a season 3-0 since the 2011-12 campaign.

RECORDS: Augsburg 3-0 overall, St. Scholastica 0-1 overallHOW IT HAPPENED• After trailing 26-24 at the half, Augsburg came out on fire, shooting 53.3 percent (16-of-30) in the second frame, and used a key 18-4 run over the final 7:35 of action to claim the 63-47 victory over the Saints.
• Sorenson scored a game- and career-high 21 points, shooting 7-of-11 from the field and 4-of-4 from three-point range, while adding four rebounds and a pair of steals.
• Jessica Lillquist (JR, Sebeka, Minn./Sebeka HS) posted her first career double-double, scoring 18 points and a game-high 10 rebounds.
• Jenna Orth (JR, Melrose, Minn./Melrose HS) also had a solid afternoon for the Auggies, posting nine points, seven rebounds and four steals.
• For the game, Augsburg shot 46.2 percent (24-of-52) from the field, including 4-of-8 from 3-point range in the second half.
