Auggies score 1-1 draw with Concordia-Wisconsin

MINNEAPOLIS -- Kayla Fuechtmann (JR, Circle Pines, Minn./Centennial HS) scored an unassisted goal in the third period, lifting the Augsburg College women's hockey team to a 1-1, overtime tie with Concordia University-Wisconsin in a nonconference game on Friday evening at Ed Saugestad Rink.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Auggies surrendered the first goal of the game late in the first period, but tied the game on Fuechtmann's second goal of the season at the 6:22 mark of the third period.
• Fuechtmann had seven shots in the game for the Auggies, while Halie Gudmonson (SO, Albertville, Minn./St. Michael-Albertville HS) and Rachel Hennessy (SR, Williston, N.D.) had three shots each.
Erika Allen (JR, Roseville, Minn.) had 30 saves in goal for the Auggies.
