BOXSCORE 2 BOSTON, Mass. -- After winning two matches at the University of Massachusetts-Boston Invitational on Friday, the Augsburg College volleyball team beat Clark University in four-sets this morning before falling in three to Bowdoin College in nonconference action Saturday afternoon.
THE BASICS
FINAL SCORE: Augsburg def. Clark 3-1 (22-25, 25-16, 25-17, 25-9)

RECORDS: Augsburg 19-6 overall, Clark 17-7 overall
HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST CLARK• After losing the first set, the Auggies regrouped dominated the offensive attack recording hitting percentages of .324, .353, and .611 in sets two, three and four to close out Clark University with a four-set victory.

Jessica Lillquist (SR, Sebeka, Minn.) led the Auggies with a .600 attack percentage, recording 10 kills against just one error.

Ashley Peper (SR, Bloomington, Minn./Jefferson HS) finished with a .429 attack percentage and 14 kills. Peper also recorded 14 digs, a block, an assist and a service ace for the Auggies.

Jordan Weeding (SO, Greenfield, Minn./Rockford HS) finished with nine kills at .333, while
Jaelyn Arndt (JR, Minneapolis, Minn./Washburn HS) and
Ellen Sachs (JR, Minneapolis, Minn./South HS) recorded six kills apiece.

Courtney Lemke (JR, Brownton, Minn./Glencoe-Silver Lake HS) tallied 38 assists, eight digs, two kills and an ace.
• Augsburg finished with eight services aces in the match, led by
Macey Terhell (FY, Osceola, Minn.) and
Morgan Malley (FY, Harmony, Minn./Fillmore Central HS) with three and two respectively. Terhell also recorded 19 digs, while Malley chipped in four digs and two assists.
FOR THE FOES (CLARK)• Marina Ramos led all players with 15 kills, while Ana Mercado and Shannon Glass each finished with seven kills.
• Tori Whitney led Clark with 27 assists.

HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST BOWDOIN• The Auggies may have been a little worn out going into their fourth match in less than 24 hours as the Bowdoin Polar Bears earned a sweep, only the second one Augsburg has surrendered all year.
• The Auggies only had one hitter record a double-digit kill total in the three-set match. Ashley Peper finished with 10 kills and eight digs.
• Jordan Weeding finished with seven kills,while Macey Terhell chipped in 13 digs. •
DeeDee Maier (JR, Middleton, Wis.) and
Courtney Lemke each finished with 10 digs, while Lemke dished out 15 assists, and
Morgan Malley added eight assists and eight digs.
• As a team, the Auggies recorded a hitting percentage of .067, compared to the Polar Bears' .282.
FOR THE FOES (BOWDOIN)• Erika Sklaver led all players with 18 kills and a .533 attack percentage with just two errors.
• Hailey Wahl finished with twn kills, while Quincy Leech recorded 40 assists and nine digs. • Four players finished with double digit digs led by Lisa Sheldon (15), Katie Doherty (14), Christy Jewett (13), and Michelle Albright (13).
