MINNEAPOLIS -- Delaney Everett (FY, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Champlin Park HS) scored five goals to lead Augsburg College, but the Auggies surrendered an early lead in a 15-13 loss to the University of Dubuque in a women's lacrosse contest on Monday afternoon at Edor Nelson Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg jumped out to a 6-1 lead in the opening 14:54 of the game and led 7-6 at halftime, but Dubuque outscored Augsburg by a 9-6 margin in the second half en route to the victory.
• Helena Nguyen (FY, Maple Grove, Minn.) scored three goals for the Auggies, while Lexi Halvorson (SO, Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville South HS) had two goals and an assist, and Shelby Brion (SO, Clearwater, Minn./Monticello HS) scored two goals. Dezera Sieracki (SO, Wyoming, Minn./Centennial HS) had a goal and an assist.
• Augsburg was outshot by a 44-23 margin by Dubuque. Dubuque outshot Augsburg by a 25-9 margin in the second half.
