COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. -- Saint John's University claimed a 3-0 victory over visiting Augsburg College in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's soccer game on Tuesday afternoon at Haws Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Saint John's claimed a 20-9 advantage in shots in the game, including a 12-3 advantage in the second half. The Johnnies also had eight corner kicks to Augsburg's three.
• Aaron Wylie (SR, Des Moines, Iowa/Lincoln HS) and Ben Henry (JR, Manitowoc, Wis./Lincoln HS) had two shots each for the Auggies.
• Nick Lenertz (JR, Cottage Grove, Minn./Park HS) had three saves in goal for Augsburg.

FOR THE FOES
• Sam Newman and Alex Schnobrich scored first-half goals for the Johnnies, with Cole Howard caping the scoring in the 59th minute. Schnobrich and Howard each added an assist in the game.
