Auggies fall 3-1 at MSOE

MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Jason Scheeler (SO, Blaine, Minn.) scored the lone goal of the game for Augsburg College in a 3-1 loss to the Milwaukee School of Engineering in a nonconference men's soccer game on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Scheeler scored his first goal of the season in the 49th minute, assisted by Charlie Leslie (SR, Bloomington, Minn./Jefferson HS).
• Augsburg was outshot by a 16-5 margin in the game, while recording two corner kicks to MSOE's 11.
• Making his first start of the season in goal, Tommy Molski (SO, Woodbury, Minn./North St. Paul HS) had five saves for Augsburg.
• Five different Auggies had shots in the game. In addition to Scheeler and Leslie, Ngochinyan Ollor (SR, Shoreview, Minn./Mounds View HS), Ben Henry (JR, Manitowoc, Wis./Lincoln HS) and Festus Lamin (JR, Little Canada, Minn./Roseville HS) had shots.


FOR THE FOES
• Logan Andryk figured in all three goals for MSOE, assisting on the first goal, then scoring the last two, including a penalty kick in the 62nd minute.
• Mike Skow scored the first goal of the game for the Raiders in the 10th minute.
